The hospital director has a background in nuclear engineering at National Tsing Hua University; after earning an M.D. at National Taiwan University, he studied imaging medicine at MIT. He integrates engineering logic with clinical interpretation to read complex brain and cardiovascular images scientifically and precisely. Over more than 20 years at National Taiwan University Hospital’s Department of Medical Imaging, he has interpreted tens of thousands of cases, specialising in early brain degeneration, micro‑lesions and advanced MRI/MRA analysis.

Graduated from the Department of Respiratory Therapy at China Medical University; served as a research assistant in brain‑trauma research under former Minister Chiu Wen‑Ta at the Department of Health; later joined MAQUET as a ventilator product manager and obtained multiple international medical certifications.

Dr. Chen graduated from the Department of Medical Laboratory Science and Biotechnology at Kaohsiung Medical University and is a licensed medical technologist. He has served in the laboratory department at Hsin Tai General Hospital and several medical laboratories, gaining expertise in clinical testing and quality management.

Former attending physician of orthopedics at the Tri‑Service General Hospital (Keelung branch) with extensive clinical experience. He emphasises balancing structural stability and functional recovery, offering integrated treatment recommendations from imaging interpretation and functional assessment to personalised rehabilitation training so patients regain mobility, reduce pain and slow degeneration. He also uses modern regenerative techniques such as platelet‑rich plasma (PRP) injections and cell therapy to treat chronic joint and tendon problems without surgery.

He has long specialised in sleep medicine and is recognised as an authority on diagnosing and treating sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep apnoea, circadian‑rhythm disturbances and overall sleep‑quality optimisation. Using polysomnography for precise diagnosis, he combines personalised behavioural adjustments with minimal medication to craft effective, sustainable treatment plans. His gentle, meticulous approach helps patients regain stable sleep and enhance their day‑to‑day quality of life.
